If you owned your own business and wanted to pay someone $50,000 a year to manage it, who would you hire?
The most common referral we get is an accountant. Most accountants don't teach these concepts, and having us get in touch with them puts us all on the same page. How about your lawyer? Who is your HR manager at work? Who do you eat lunch with at work? Who is the most enthusiastic person you know? Ambitious? Motivated? Competitive? Hard working? Most people start with their closest friends and family. For example, cousins, in-laws, neighbours, parents of kids friends, doctor, dentist, pastor, police, firefighter, EMS, coach, teacher, social worker, farmer, or someone in the military (active, reserve, or retired).

The more information you can tell us about your referral, the better. We strive to connect with a relationship above all else. For example, are they married? Spouse's name? children? Approximate age range? Occupation? Homeowners or renting? How long have they lived in the area? How long have you known them? Have you seen them in the past six months? Alternative contact numbers? Perhaps they've helped you in the past and you'd like to return the favour.
